Colinda Howard is a former attorney and nationally recognized compliance strategist with over 20 years of experience in high-stakes, highly regulated environments. As the Founder & President of ComplyBrid LLC, she leads a consulting firm specializing in risk governance, workplace investigations, performance management, and compliance strategy for Fortune 5 corporations, government agencies, and educational institutions. Her dynamic approach blends legal precision with operational impact, helping leaders and teams drive measurable results.
She is a former federal investigator for a regulatory agency, and also oversaw Internal Affairs for a large school district, where she led sensitive investigations and ensured accountability in complex public sector environments. In addition, Colinda is a former adjunct professor who has taught in both public and private university settings, bringing academic rigor and real-world insight into the classroom.
Colinda earned her Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with a concentration in Computer Science from North Carolina Central University and her Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. Her educational and professional journey has taken her across North Carolina, Ohio, Georgia, New York, Arkansas, and Texas, where she has cultivated expansive circles of professionals and friends. These rich and varied networks continue to inform and strengthen her application of subject matter expertise in every engagement.
